Wrinkles and sagging skin, Start Combat!!

Wrinkles and sagging in the face and body skin. Wrinkles are lines that are marked on the skin, particularly at sites of expression or fold and are present even at rest. Are caused by sagging, that is, when it loses elasticity by degeneration of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid as well as the loss of fibroblasts (the cells producing fibers) and of blood vessels that comprise the largest organ you have.



How old are visible wrinkles and sagging?

• usually become visible after 40 years, but in people with very light skin or who have been exposed to the sun without any protection, are observed from age 30.


What should I do to combat wrinkles and sagging?

• Drink plenty of water.

• Eat foods rich in carotenoids.

• Use moisturizing creams and moisturizers.

• Eat a diet rich in fruits and vegetables, high in natural fibers, olive oil and fish and low in butter, sugar products, red meat and dairy.

"Vitamin C, which promotes the synthesis of collagen.

"Vitamin E, which regenerate epithelia.

"Selenium, which helps eliminate free radicals.
